JET Presents Goddess Dream 2019!
Location: Osaka EDION Arena #2 in Osaka, Japan!
Date: August 10th, 2019
(The live crowd are ready to go for tonight’s show, a jam packed Osaka EDION Arena #2 for tonight’s big supershow! It’s time for Goddess Dream 2019! Soon “Run To The Future” by Cynthia is playing and the crowd cheer as it signals the arrival of JET founder and current IJWF President Miss Manami who receives an amazing reaction from the fans.)
Maki Fujioka: What a way to open tonight’s show ladies and gentlemen! The greatest Joshi of all time and JET Founder Miss Manami is here! Hello there everyone, I’m Maki Fujioka and as always I am joined by my commentary partner, Asuka Kuramochi! What an amazing start to the show, Asuka.
Asuka Kuramochi: Of course, Maki-san! It’s always great to see Miss Manami return to JET for an appearance and we can definitely tell that the audience here missed her.
(We cut to ringside where Naomi Serizawa has her mic in hand before passing it to Miss Manami, who receives a great deal of streamers. Manami is soon handed a mic as the ringside girls hand help her out with removing the streamers.)
Miss Manami: Good evening everyone! I hope you all had a great day so far and welcome tonight’s show.
(The crowd cheer as Manami continues to speak.)
Miss Manami: It still feels weird to have an entire event dedicated to me, if this was a one and done thing I would have been fine but it seems Azumi and co. are persistent about running this event every year now.
(There’s some laughter coming from the audience as Manami continues.)
Miss Manami: I don’t want to take up much time and talk because no one wants to hear an old woman’s ramblings. All I can say is that I’m proud of the roster that JET has now, every competitor here is really putting their best foot forward in attempts to make JET one of the best promotions in the business. We’ve got an exciting night ahead for everyone, I hope you all enjoy!
(Manami bows as “Run To The Future” by Cynthia plays again. The crowd cheering her as she soon hands the microphone back to Naomi Serizawa.)
Maki Fujioka: Short and sweet as always from Miss Manami! Well as the Goddess herself said it, let us begin tonight’s big event! We’ve got an exciting matchup for everyone to start the show.
Opening Match: Machiko Hasegawa and Yuki Takigawa vs. Wolfegang Symphony (Vivina Wolfe and Bethany Sharpe)
Tonight’s opening contest saw two tag team competing for a chance to face the Tag Team Champions whether it be KAGUYA-Gun or Rio and Tomoyo at Trifecta. Machiko was able to get her team the early lead they needed with great early grappling but after tagging in Takigawa, it was all Wolfegang thanks to them using dirty tactics to get the upper-hand. Sharpe and Wolfe were able to easily keep Yuki away from her partner.
Unfortunately Wolfegang got too cocky for their own good and Yuki was able to get the tag and get Machiko into this match! Hasegawa with an amazing hot tag to swing momentum back in her team’s favor with a barrage of chops and nailing both Sharpe and Wolfe with Machine Gun Chops. The crowd were electric for Machiko but unfortunately all of her hard work wasn’t enough as Bethany Sharpe was able to slip behind from an attempted Hasegawa-Bomb (Sit-Out Powerbomb) and immediately land a blow to the back of Machiko’s head! What soon followed was Wolfegang sealing the deal with a huge “Massacre In B Major” to get the big win over their opponent and punching their ticket to a Tag Title shot at Trifecta!
(Winners - Wolfegang Symphony in 10:13 via Massacre In B Major)
Singles Match: SAIKO vs. Mizuki Nakata
To describe this match as a brawl would be an understatement. Both women went at it right from the moment that the bell run and didn’t stop at all for this entire match! SAIKO was able to gain early advantage and immediately worked on Mizuki, targeting the neck of The Chosen One. Mizuki seemed to in real pain whenever SAIKO attacked her neck but Mizuki was showing her resilience and didn’t quit at all. The Ace of JET soon showed life and made her big comeback as she nailed SAIKO with forearms constantly. Every big maneuver Mizuki was known for was pulled out, Mizuki was almost able to seal the win with an Apron Exploder Suplex followed up with Bullet Train Double Knees!
Nakata was looking to end it as she soon picked up SAIKO looking for a Lanikea but Mizuki didn’t notice Hana Oikawa was knocked down due to SAIKO’s legs. The ref was down and it seemed that Mizuki was gonna nail SAIKO with a Lanikea but suddenly out of nowhere, someone wearing a hoodie ran through the crowd and got onto the apron, distracting Mizuki Nakata. The Chosen One soon put down SAIKO and approached the hooded figure but had something spit onto her face. The commentators said it was Rose Wine of some sort as the hooded individual lowered down her to reveal JUNKO! JUNKO WAS BACK IN JET AND IMMEDIATELY THE CROWD WAS IN SHOCK! Mizuki meanwhile was blinded which was perfect for SAIKO who took advantage and set Mizuki up for a Psycho Impaler! With the help of her stablemate, SAIKO is able to secure a win over Mizuki Nakata!
(Winner - SAIKO in 11:42 via Psycho Impaler)
(INTERMISSION HYPING UP TRIFECTA!)
(The ring is being cleared up from everything as “Fly High!!” by BURNOUT SYNDROMES plays to the warm reception from the fans, the person they are cheering for is JET Chairwoman Azumi Goto as she walks out wearing casual clothes. There’s a smile on Azumi’s face as she makes her way down to the ring. Before she does that, she soon goes over to her mentor Miss Manami and gives her a hug. The Splendid Venus soon enters the ring and you can hear the warm reception continue as Azumi is handed a mic by Naomi Serizawa.)
Azumi Goto: Good evening, everyone! It’s been a long time?!
(A pop from the audience as Azumi continues to speak.)
Azumi Goto: It feels nice to be back in the ring. I really hope everyone here is enjoying their night so far with all the action we’ve seen. We’ve got more in store for everyone tonight. I just wanted to come out and talk to everyone about our next event Trifecta! As everyone knows, Trifecta has been the brainchild of the OWA Odyssey staff, the JET staff and LAW staff. The idea of the show is a way to unite the three brands of women’s wrestling under one flag. A supershow to bring together the amazing rosters we have here under one roof and one big event.
Azumi Goto: of course, over the last two shows of LAW and Odyssey. The main event of the show was announced recently. The JET World Champion versus the OWA Women’s World Champion versus the Lethal Angels Champion in triple threat match. Along with that you’ll get to see the amazing rosters of all three companies showcase their talents. And all of this excitement that I see from fans is getting me excited to the point where I want to compete.
(Cheers from the crowd are heard with Azumi Goto’s announcement of wanting to compete at Trifecta.)
Azumi Goto: I haven’t yet decided in what capacity I will be competing at Trifecta. I still am going through that ring rust phase as it’s been almost four months since my last match. I might just place myself in some sort of low profile match, maybe team with some of the younger roster members----
(Azumi is soon interrupted as the PA system soon plays “Rainy Days” by Boogie ft. Eminem and the crowd are in shock. Stephanie Matsuda is back in JET! The other co-owner of JET soon makes her way down to the ring, before she enters there is a nod of acknowledgement from Stephanie Matsuda and Miss Manami. Cloud enters the ring and soon is handed a microphone from one of the young girls.)
Stephanie Matsuda: Hey everyone! Did you miss me?!
(A loud pop from the audience as Cloud continues to speak and we see a bit of annoyance on the face of Azumi.)
Stephanie Matsuda: See I couldn’t help myself when I overheard you say something about keeping a low profile. Really, Azumi? You keep a low profile and compete in something small like an undercard match. Why compete at all if you aren’t going to be in some sort of big match?
(Azumi continues to look annoyed as she soon speaks again.)
Azumi Goto: Because unlike you, Stephanie I know when I need to lay back and when to push for a title. I’m surprised you’re even here, Steph. I expect you to always be halfway across the world competing for something big all the time at this point. You aren’t here just to interrupt me and enjoy the festivities of Manami’s anniversary, so why are you here?
(There seems to be a smirk on the face of Cloud now as resumes.)
Stephanie Matsuda: To be honest, I was gonna come out and challenge someone to a match at Trifecta, see how much the JET roster has grown since I last saw everyone. But I think I found a better person to challenge. Azumi Goto, I challenge you to a match at Trifecta. Don’t you think that would be a fun match, everyone?
(There seems to be excitement in the audience as they cheer for the idea of this match. Even Miss Manami seems to be in agreement of the match idea. Azumi Goto looks around to see everyone in attendance wanting this match to happen, she soon extends her hand towards Stephanie.)
Azumi Goto: Well… The plan was to lay low and enjoy being away from the spotlight a little bit longer but you know what, since you seem to be in a mood to lose. Might as well accept your challenge since everyone wants this match.
(Stephanie gladly accepts the handshake as soon without saying a word Stephanie leaves the ring, saying everything she needed earlier. We’re left with Azumi in the ring who takes a deep breath before returning her attention to the audience.)
Azumi Goto: Well with all that out of the way, I guess we should return to what’s more important right now. The matches we have set for everyone here to enjoy. Thank you all for coming out tonight and we hope that you enjoy the rest of your night!
(“Fly High” by Burnout Syndromes plays again as Azumi soon returns the mic to Naomi and takes her leave as we cut to an intermission break.)
(Intermission hyping up RISE Grand Prix 2019 and the finals that are set to be held at Ota Ward Gymnasium!)
(“Holy War 21” by Osamu Suzuki plays as KAGUYA and Julia Zhang walk out to a chjorus of booes.)
Maki Fujioka: After the end of her JET World Championship reign KAGUYA has seemed to shift her focus on leading her faction to a tag team title.
Asuka Kuramochi: In a way, this makes sense for KAGUYA-Gun. While singles glory is nice, a victory tonight could be a breath of fresh air for the stable.
(KAGUYA-Gun enters the ring, paying no mind to the booing crowd. "Amida no Ito" by DracoVirgo plays as Tomoyo Hirate and Rio Kurokawa walks out with their JET World Tag Team Championships around their waists.)
Maki Fujioka: The crowd looks like they’re behind the tag champs tonight!
Asuka Kiramochi: Critics have been praising this unlikely pairing as the next Sanada/Kagura of JET. Two specialists coming together to dominate the tag division. A win over KAGUYA-Gun tonight will bring them one step closer to establishing that legacy.
(the tag champs climb into the ring, paying no mind to the challengers as they raise their titles high in the air.)
Naori Serizawa: The following tag match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the JET World Tag Team Championship! First, we have the challengers! Representing KAGUYA-Gun, Julia Zhang and KAGUYA!
(The crowd booed as KAGUYA-Gun makes faces at them.)
Naori Serizawa: Their opponents! Your JET World Tag Team Champions...Tomoyo Hirate and Rio Kurokawa!
(Tomoyo and Rio pose for the crowd just before they give the ref their belts.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Tag Team Match/JET World Tag Team Championship Match: KAGUYA-Gun (KAGUYA and Julia Zhang) vs. Rio Kurokawa and Tomoyo Hirate (c/v2)
The match starts off with Julia and Rio facing off in the center of the ring. They initiate a lock-up with Julia taking control with a hammerlock. Rio reverses with a wrist lock and Zhang in and connects with an elbow smash to the face. Zhang staggers back, but recovers quickly enough to counter with a side headlock takedown. Rio quickly counters with a headscissors and slips out from the and jumps back to her feet. Julia stays low and knocks Rio off her feet with a double leg takedown w/ several mounted punches. Rio tries to fight her off, but she counters into a Bow and Arrow Hold. Rio’s in pain as she’s screaming at the heavens. Kurokawa tries to break out of the hold and eventually succeeds. She attempts an Irish Whip, but Julia reverses it into whipping her into the corner where KAGUYA is. Zhang follows up with a flying knee to the face, tagging her partner at the same time! KAGUYA makes her way into the ring and starts unleashing several stiff shoot kicks to the chest! Rio falls into a seated position as KAGUYA runs to the opposite corner and lands a Cannonball Senton! Wasting no time, KAGUYA makes the cover…
Maki Fujioka: Rio kicks out at two! KAGUYA wastes no time throwing her back in the corner and tags Julia back in!
Asuka Kuramochi: KAGUYA-Gun is utilizing smart tag team tactics to keep their members fresh and their opponent guessing!
Julia delivered several clinched knee strikes to the midsection. She tagged back in KAGUYA who followed up with several stiff chops to the chest, followed by a snap suplex from out of the corner and transitions into a sleeper hold!. Rio used all of her strength to fight out of the hold and counters with a Northern Lights Suplex into a Double Foot Stomp! She wasted no time to leap to Tomoyo for the dive tag who jumped into the ring as Julia is tagged back in. Tomoyo knocked her down with a flying European Uppercut and catch KAGUYA with a Leg DDT. She hit the ropes and struck Julia in the face with a penalty kick! She makes the pin, but Julia kicks out at the last moment! Frustrated, Tomoyo sets up her signature Pop-Up Hip-Toss but Julia reverses into a DDT midflight! Zhang immediately goes a cover, but Tomoyo kicked out at two! Julia picked up Tomoyo with an intention to whip her to her team’s corner, but Tomoyo countered with a Tiger Suplex! She had then bridge applied, but Julia kicked out once more.
Maki Fujioka: Tomoyo has retained control over this match!
Asuka Kuramochi: She’s bringing her opponent over to the corner and tags in Rio! Kurokawa comes into the ring and goes for the double jump off the ropes! Umeda Skyline! What a beautiful moonsault! She goes for the pin! One! Two! Julia kicks out a two-and-a-half!
Julia found herself shoved into her opponent’s corner. KAGUYA’s yelling at her to break free as Rio and Tomoyo takes turns delivering swift kicks to the chest. After several rounds of merciless shoot kicks, a legal Rio threw Julia onto the mat with a hip toss and locked in a Gorilla Clutch! Zhang found herself in a dire situation as she did her best to try to stay in the match. KAGUYA urged her to break free and tag her in, but Rio mocked her by intensifying the hold. Somehow Julia found the strength to break free! Rio tried to grab her, but Julia landed a desperate spinning heel kick to the face! Using every ounce of strength, Julia crawled across the ring and tagged in KAGUYA who wasted no time pulling Rio to the center of the ring so she wouldn’t be able to tag in her partner. Surprising the crowd, KAGUYA deadlifts Rio over her shoulders and delivered a thunderous Samoan Drop! As Rio struggled to get to her knees, KAGUYA roared at the crowd and turned around to deliver a Pitch Black Kick (Roundhouse kick to a kneeling opponent). KAGUYA saw blood in the water and measured her opponent as she slowly sat up. The Black Heart hits the ropes and went for the Running Punt Kick, but Rio countered with a drop toe hold and transitioned a Lebell Lock! She attempted to tighten the hold, but KAGUYA managed to reach for the ropes. Rio held on till the four-count and separated herself in frustration. KAGUYA used the ropes to help her to her feet as Rio hit the ropes and charged at her opponent who throws her to the outside with a back body drop! As she rolled out of the ring, Julia explodes from her team’s corner and knocks Tomoyo off the apron with a flying forearm smash!
Maki Fujioka: It’s pandemonium right now! Both teams are brawling ringside!
Asuka Kuramochi: KAGUYA just threw Kurokawa into the barricade! Meanwhile, Julia and Tomoyo are trading blows! Hirate is trying to get to her partner, but Zhang won’t allow it. Tomoyo pushes Julia out of the way but- SPEAR! Zhang just struck her opponent with a spear!
Maki Fujioka: KAGUYA is rolling Kurokawa back into the ring just as the ref is halfway to counting out the legal competitors.
KAGUYA attempted a pin, but Rio kicked out. She followed up with several stomps to the chest and starts twisting her opponent’s neck to weaken the opponent while she thought of her next move. She picks up Rio and lands a sickening Osaka Eclipse (Samoan Driver). Sensing the end, KAGUYA lifts Rio in the air for a Vertical Brainbuster, but Rio kneed her in the head and landed on her feet to deliver a lethal Rolling Elbow to the head. Rio stumbles over to her corner, where she tags in Tomoyo, who climbs into the ring and hits a Project Epsilon (Deadlift German Suplex w/ Bridging Pin). As the ref makes the count, Rio knocks Julia out of the ring with a running roundhouse!
One…

Maki Fujioka: KAGUYA and Zhang had them on edge for a moment, but this has become another match in which our champions have come out on top! This could be a legendary reign!

Ai Moe soon enters the ring to a massive ovation.)
Naomi Serizawa: And her opponent! From Mito, Ibaraki, Japan… She is the 17th JET Academy Champion and the Love Queen! This is MOEEEEEEE!!! AAAAAAIIIIIIII!!!!!

(DING DING DING!)
Singles Match/JET Academy Championship Match: Ai Moe (c/v2) vs. Momoko Honda
And here we go with one of tonight’s major marquee matches, Momoko and Ai Moe both shake hands in a sign of respect before they begin to circle the ring. A lock up between Champion and Challenger soon ensues with Ai Moe being able to push back Momoko back to the ropes before Hana Oikawa asks for a clean break from both women. Ai Moe gladly breaks the lock up and returns to the center of the ring where she and Mom0ko lock up again, once against the champion is able to win the lock up and immediately transitions to side-headlock, putting pressure on the head of Momoko. The Challenger is soon able to push Ai Moe to the ropes and push her off by forcing her to rebound off the ropes. Ai Moe runs off the ropes as Momoko leap-frogs over her opponent, Ai Moe rebounds off the opposite rope only to be nailed by a Momoko dropkick! Honda with the first cover of the match!!
Hana Oikawa: ONEEEEEEE!! TW----!!
Maki Fujioka: Only a one count as Ai Moe kicks out! The champion has been one of the most resilient competitors in JET, so Momoko will have her work cut out for her.
Ai is up to a seated position and immediately Momoko fires a shoot kick to the back of Ai Moe. The one more kick from the challenger as the crowd can see that the champion is in pain from the sting of Momoko’s kicks. Honda now runs the ropes looking for a PK but Ai is able to dodge it and roll away from Momoko Honda. The Star Warrior tells Ai Moe how close she was to landing that Penalty Kick. Both women return to the center of the ring, Ai Moe soon tests her striking ability as she lands a chop to the chest of Momoko. The sound of the chop echoes throughout the venue as Momoko soon lands another kick to Ai Moe! Momoko fires another big kick! The Star Warrior isn’t giving Ai Moe any time to breathe as she continues to land big kicks to the chest to the point that the champion is pushes to the ropes! Momoko now rushes Ai but the champion is able to side-step, sending the Star Warrior out of the ring!
Asuka Kuramochi: What is Ai thinking now!? The champion is running to the opposite side of the ring and rushing back! Baseball Slid--- NO!
Momoko Honda just dodged Ai Moe’s attempted Baseball Slide! The Star Warrior now forces her opponent out of the ring but pulling the Academy Champion by the legs! Honda goes for another kick to the chest but Ai Moe is able to grab a hold of the leg! DRAGON SCREW TO THE RIGHT LEG OF MOMOKO HONDA! The Star Warrior is down and clutching her right leg in pain as Ai Moe grabs the same right leg and hits a Dragon Screw to the same leg of Momoko. The champion seems to be focused on retaining her belt in anyway possible. Ai Moe soon enters the ring as Hana Oikawa begins her count. Momoko is slowly gets up to her feet while clutching her right leg, the ref count is now up to seven as Momoko reenters the ring and immediately Ai Moe goes to work with a kick to the right leg of Honda. Momoko making sure that the right leg doesn’t take anymore damage begins to use her left leg and hits a kick to the gut but it doesn’t seem to be as effective as the right leg since Ai Moe is able to shrug it off and land another kick to the right leg.
Maki Fujioka: Both women now trading kicks as the crowd come alive in this match! Ai Moe continuing to target that right leg but it doesn’t seem to be stopping Momoko Honda from landing kicks off her own!
Asuka Kuramochi: You’re right but sooner or later, the pain will hurt from those kicks will sink in and Momoko will need to think of another way of attack.
Momoko now goes for a kick to the gut with her right leg but Ai is able to stop it by grabbing a hold of Momo’s leg and immediately transitioning it to an ankle hold! Momoko is screaming in pain as the Academy Champion is pulling out something we haven’t seen from her before. The crowd is behind Momoko, cheering her to reach for the ropes and it seems to be working as Momoko is crawling to the ropes! She’s almost there BUT AI MOE PULLS HER BACK AND APPLIES A GRAPEVINE TO HER ANKLE HOLD! Momoko is trying her hardest to reach for the ropes while the Academy Champion applies more pressure. The Star Warrior is crawling and trying her hardest to reach the bottom rope! Momoko has a hold of the rope as Ai Moe is being told to break the hold, The Love Queen only breaks the hold at the five count before being pulled back by Hana Oikawa. The ref has Ai Moe in her corner as before checking up on Momoko Honda who using the ropes to get herself up to her feet.
Maki Fujioka: You can tell by the look on Momoko’s face that she is in massive pain. That right leg definitely seems to be out of commission now but the Star Warrior is still going!
Momoko is up to her feet as Ai Moe now rushes to her opponent but Momoko ducks a clothesline attempt and immediately begins to lay into Ai Moe with multiple strikes! The Star Warrior hitting her opponent with the Dance Of Many Stars combination but she misses the finishing Roundhouse kick as Ai Moe ducks and immediately begins to fire her own Ai Blitz! Momoko is stunned but she is able to duck Ai Moe’s last strike and quickly gets the Academy Champion into a waistlock! SNAP GERMAN SUPLEX FROM MOMOKO HONDA WITH AI MOE LANDING ON HER NECK! The Love Queen is down to her knees as Momoko with a roar charges at Ai Moe and lands a massive Tsunami Strike (Shining Wizard)! Cover by Momoko Honda!
Hana Oikawa: ONEEEEEEEEEE!!!! TWOOOOOOOOOO!!! THREEEEE------
Asuka Kuramochi: Ai Moe kicks out! The same resilience that has made Ai Moe one of JET’s brightest stars is keeping her in this match!
The Star Warrior is wondering what she has to do now to put away Ai Moe and begins to think. Momoko now quickly grabs Ai Moe up and the crowd can tell that the champion seems out of it! Momoko Honda now gets Ai Moe in position for her finisher, the Earth Quaker but Ai Moe is back in this! The Champion is able to reverse the Cross-Arm Neckbreaker and gets Momoko trapped in a Straight-Jacket Waistlock! BIG STRAIGHT-JACKET GERMAN SUPLEX FROM THE ACADEMY CHAMPION! Cover from Ai Moe only gets her a two count but the JET Academy Champion seems to be okay with that as she maintains the double Wrist-Lock! Ai Moe moves herself into position as Momoko is on her knees and she’s standing! Ai Moe looking to end it as she charges in! LOVE IS A BATTLE---!!! NO! MOMOKO IS ABLE TO DUCK IT! The Star Warrior dodges it and get behind the champion to a MASSIVE ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE SIDE OF AI MOE’S HEAD! The ref called for the bell and Stacey Deville and Tori de Vil started off the match. The two competitors locked-up in the center of the ring and perform some back and forth chain grappling. Stacey seemed to have gotten the upper hand and throws her opponent down with a side headlock. Tori counters with a headscissors, but Stacey slips out and both women are back on their feet. Stacey attempted another lock-up, but Tori suckered her in with several boots to the gut, knocking the wind out of her opponent. She whips Stacey to the corner and hits several body hooks and punches to the midsection of her cornered opponent, and finished with a throat thrust. The impact left Stacey stunned and Tori ran to the corner and charged forward, hitting her opponent with a Silver Bullet (Running big boot to a cornered opponent). Tori blows a kiss to the corner and followed up with a boot to the throat of a seated Deville, followed by several face washes until the ref broke it up. Stacey stakes her time getting back to her feet, but Tori drags her by the hair along the ropes. She delivers several shots to the face and runs the opposite direction and rebounded off the ropes, delivering a running front dropkick, knocking Stacey out of the ring.
Maki Fujioka: Out goes Deville! Tori follows suit and the two start brawling outside of the ring! Tori takes immediate dominance and throws Deville against the barricade!
Asuka Kuramochi: de Vil hands Deville over the rail and takes a few steps back...RUNNING LEG DROP! WOW!
A replay shows de Vil’s vicious running leg drop to a helpless Stacey Deville. Tori drags her opponent over the to ring and rolls her inside. She goes for a pin, but Stacey kicks out Frustrated, Tori applies a chin lock with a knee to the back. The ref checks up on Stacey, who tries to fight out of the hold. She manages to slip out and hits a DDT out of desperation. As both women laid on the mat, Stacey summoned the energy to get back on her feet. Tori was there to meet her and ran at her, but Deville counters with a back body drop to the outside. As Tori landed on the floor with a loud thud, Stacey looked around at the crowd and waited for de Vil to get back to her feet. She hit the ropes and flew between the ropes for a Tope Suicida that found its mark! The crowd started cheering the Suplex Mom from Portland who put up a “rock n’ roll” gesture in response. She decided to return the favor and whipped Tori into the barricade. She wasn’t finished yet as she delivered a running tackle, knocking Tori through the barricade and into the crowd!
Maki Fujioka: Oh my god! Stacey Deville just sent Tori through the barricade!
Asuka Kuramochi: Deville will do whatever it takes to continue on in the Gauntlet! She’s dragging Tori back into the ring. But she’s not going for the pin. She has de Vil on her feet in a waist lock...German Suplex! She still has the waist lock applied...second German! It looks like she’s going for a third one...third German Suplex! She has the bridge applied! One! Two! Tori kicks out!
The crowd becomes a little more intense from Tori’s kick out. Stacey sighs to herself and attempts the Stretch Muffler to finish off her opponent. Tori kicks her away and fights to get to her feet. Stacey goes for the Irish Whip, but Tori reverses and hits a tilt-a-whirl gutbuster on the rebound. As Stacey got on her hands and knees, Tori climbed to the top and flew off for As Above, So Below (diving double foot stomp to the back of the head of a bent-over opponent), but Deville rolled out of the way. Tori rolled along with the mat and used the momentum to hit the ropes, only to find herself victim to Stacey’s Oregon Trail (Reverse-spin scoop powerslam). Stacey slowly got to her feet and lifted her opponent up. She hits a DeVille Driver II (High bridged Northern Lights Suplex) for the bridging pinfall victory!
Naomi Serizawa: Tori de Vil has been eliminated!
Maki Fujioka: Stacey Deville pulls out the victory after a rough start! The question is does she have the strength the continue on!?
("The Phoenix" by Fall Out Boy plays as Megan Enders comes out)
Naomi Serizawa: Introducing her next opponent! From Phoenix, AZ, USA! Weighing in at 130 lbs...Megan Enders!
Asuka Kuramochi: Megan Enders looks ready and Stacey repositions herself at the center of the ring!
As soon as Megan enters the ring, the ref calls for the bell and a desperate Stacey explodes out of the ring with a running tackle and starts unleashing a series of mounted punches on her opponent. Megan fights her off and the two get to their feet. Stacey swung with a wild haymaker, but Enders expertly countered it into a sleeper hold in an attempt to weaken her opponent. Deville uses every ounce of strength to swing her opponent off, and Enders is forced to let go. She ducks a running clothesline and catches Deville off guard with powerslam off the rebound. She follows up with a kneebar causing the current gauntlet leader to scream in pain. Deville desperately tries to break the hold, but Enders has it locked in tight. The ref asks Stacey if she wants to tap, but she absolutely refuses. Megan then transitions to an ankle lock in an attempt to make her opponent tap. Stacey uses the opportunity to flip her opponent on her back with her inflicted leg and rolls outside to create some separation.
Maki Fujioka: Somewhere Stacey got out of that predicament, but now she’s limping! Enders did a number to her left leg!
Asuka Kuramochi: Speaking of which, Enders runs to the ropes and flies out of the ring, and flies out with a suicide dive! No dice! Stacey moved out of the way just in time!
The camera zoomed in on Stacey, who was leaning against the apron in surprise. A replay showed Enders narrowly missing her target as Stacey dove out of the way. She picked up her opponent and rolled her back into the ring. Stacey took a chance to pin her, but Megan kicked out. Wondering what to do next, Stacey picked up her opponent and placed her between the ropes with a knee to the back of her neck. Megan struggled to get free, but Deville had her knee in the back of her opponent’s neck. Enders tried to get free, but it was the ref’s count that made Stacey break the hold. Stacey picked up her opponent and whipped her to the corner. She went for a running hip attack, but Megan moved out the way just in time! Deville crash and burned, knocked backward from the turnbuckles into arms of Enders who performed a flawless German Suplex. Enders positioned herself in the opposite corner as she waited for Stacey to get to her feet and struck a ruthless Spear! The crowd was beginning to roar loudly as Megan deadlifted Stacey into a powerbomb who slipped out from behind and struck a high roundhouse kick to the back of the head.
Maki Fujioka: Stacey once again has the upper hand, but you can see fatigue is starting to set in!
Asuka Kuramochi: If she wants to be Queen of the Gauntlet and win the Tributary Shield, she needs to finish off Megan and find a way to conserve her energy until the end!
Stacey goes for a Stretch Muffler and locks it in. Megan’s in pain, but keeping her opponent in the hold was beginning to drain Deville just as much. She is forced to break the hold to conserve energy and made her way to a corner to recover as Enders used the ropes to get back on her feet. Stacey stumbled out of her corner and went for a forearm but Megan blocked it and countered with a powerful scoop slam! She picked up Stacey and whips her to the ropes and hits a powerful spinebuster! Stacey looked like she was done for as Megan attempted to lock in the Calf Crusher, but Stacey repositioned her body and surprised her opponent with a crucifix-style roll up! Enders kicked out and Stacey got to her feet. She ducks under the high kick and countered with a thunderous Exploder Suplex! She picked up Megan and struck a Snap Piledriver and followed up with another Stretch Muffler to ensure a successful submission victory!
Maki Fujioka: Megan taps! Megan taps!
Naori Serizawa: Megan Enders is now eliminated!
Asuka Kuramochi: Two down, three to go! But does she still have anything left in her!?
("Make My Story" by Lenny code fiction plays as izm comes running out to a loud pop)
Naori Serizawa: Making her way to the ring! From Tokyo, Japan! Weighing in at 65 kg! IZM! “Zettai Resurā” IZM!
Maki Fujioka: IZM slides into the ring and both women waste no time unleashing hell upon each other!
Asuka Kuramochi: IZM doesn’t want to give Stacey a chance to breathe! Deville is doing what she can to hang in there!
The bell rang as both women traded blows by the ropes! IZM gets the better of Stacey and whipped her to the ropes and missed the clothesline. Stacey rebounds and knocked IZM off her feet with a running tackle. She doesn’t waste time to attack her opponent with punches to the face. IZM gets to her feet and both women are trading chops at the back and forth. Stacey tries to hang, but IZM gets the best of her and delivers a pumphandle neckbreaker! IZM had let out a mighty war cry and picked up her opponent to unleash her signature Roaring Chops (Machine gun Chops), knocking Stacey into the corner. She strikes Stacey several times and lifts her to sit her on the turnbuckle. Stacey tries to kick, but IZM catches her foot and strikes back. IZM hops to the second rope and delivers a DEADLY Avalanche version of her Eternal Death Bomb (Death Valley Driver)!
Maki Fujioka: IZM just destroyed Stacey with that Death Valley Driver from the top rope! Deville is laid out!
Asuka Kuramochi: IZM is making the cover! One! Two! Three!
Naori Serizawa: Stacey Deville has been eliminated!
Maki Fujioka: Like a force of nature IZM came crashing down from the heavens and took out Stacey with an enhanced version of one of her deadliest finishers!
Asuka Kuramochi: That was brilliant of IZM to do whatever it took to take out her opponent so she could move on as quickly as possible. The last thing a fresh gauntlet competitor wants is to waste their energy on someone who’s been in there for a while!
(“Double Down” by Sky-Hi plays as Rei Kagura comes out from the audience by jumping the barricade!)
Maki Fujioka: Wait! Rei just slid into the ring! She just came in from the crowd! IZM doesn’t see her! Rei goes for the Schoolgirl rollup! One! Two! IZM kicks out in time!
Asuka Kuramochi: IZM’s surprised! She gets to her feet and goes for a penalty kick! Rei slides out of the ring in time!
As Rei taunts her opponent from ringside, IZM argues with the ref about starting a pin count before even properly starting the match. Rei tries to use the distraction to her advantage, but found herself on the receiving end of a roundhouse kick from out of nowhere! Satisfied with suckering her opponent in, IZM goes for a butterfly hold to weaken her opponent. Rei struggles with the hold but IZM quickly transitions to a grounded hammerlock. Rei manages to get to her feet, forcing IZM to adjust. IZM tries for an Irish Whip, but Kagura reverses the hold and hits a running big boot! Rei flips off the fans before placing a boot on IZM for a cocky pin, who easily got her shoulder up. Rei drops down to a knee and starts pulling at IZM’s hair, causing her to squeal in pain. Rei slams her back on the mat and applies a Boston Crab. IZM crawls her way to the ropes, but Rei pulled her back to the center of the ring. With the crowd rallying behind her, IZM attempts to reach the ropes on more time and makes it.
Maki Fujioka: IZM reaches the ropes, much to Rei’s frustration!
Asuka Kuramochi: The more time either of these women spend fighting, the better Talia’s chances are at winning this year’s Tributary Shield! And a shot at the JET Academy Championship!
Rei breaks the hold and allows for IZM to pull herself up. IZM catches Rei off balance with a surprise savate kick. She grabbed both legs and slammed them against the mat. IZM picked up her opponent and whipped her to the corner. She unleashed a series of shoot kicks to the chest, followed by a relentless offense of Machine Chops! She attempts another corner whip but Rei reverses it and followed up with a Corner Yakuza Kick. With IZM still on her feet, Rei attempted a Cradle DDT but IZM fights out of it and counters with a Uranage. Using all the the she could muster, she deadlifted Rei into her signature Kobashi DDT Ni (Lifting Double Underhook DDT). Grabbing the wrist, IZM pulls Rei up and puts everything into her Forever Roaring Lariat (Short-Range High Impact Western Lariat)! She then goes for the pin. One! Two! Three!
Naori Serizawa: Rei Kagura has been eliminated!
Maki Fujioka: Rei is eliminated! There’s only just one competitor remaining!
Asuka Kuramochi: Look at IZM - she’s exhausted! I don’t know if she has much left in the tank.
(“Say You Will” by Evanescence plays as Talia Areano walks out, making a beeline straight for the ring.)
Naori Serizawa: From Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the way Mexico City! Weighing in at 125 lbs! “Spicy” Talia Areano!
Maki Fujioka: This jetsetting world competitor is the one thing standing between IZM and total victory.
Asuka Kuramochi: The same thing could be said about IZM herself. Either war one of these women will be holding the Tributary Shield.
After the ref rings the bell, both women shake hands in the center of the ring. Talia makes sure IZM is ready and focused before the two lock-up. A fresh Talia easily took control with a side headlock takedown. IZM reverses with a headscissors and Talia takes the chance slip out and hit a standing 450 Splash! She lifted IZM’s legs up for the pin but IZM kicks out. Talia gets to her feet and delivers several stiff forearms before whipping IZM to the ropes. Talia catches her with a flying crossbody on the rebound and goes for another pin. IZM kicks out at two once again. Wasting no time, Talia hits the ropes and goes for a Shining Wizard. IZM rolls out of the way in time and knocks Talia to a knee with a roundhouse kick and followed through with an axe kick to the back of the head. IZM tries to capitalize, but she’s too exhausted to do so. She attempts to wear Talia down with a headlock, the more fresh competitor was able to fight out of it and countered with a bulldog. Talia runs over to the corner and hops to the top rope, hitting a gorgeous moonsault!
Maki Fujioka: Talia has legs! One! Two! IZM kicks out at the last second!
Asuka Kuramochi: IZM refuses to stay down! Talia is trying to end this match as quickly as possible!
Talia applies a chinlock in an attempt to weaken IZM. The Roaring Spirit used as much strength as she could muster to break out of and attempts an enzuigiri that Talia narrowly avoids. She hits the ropes and nails a nasty Spear to the midsection! Talia headed out to the apron for a springboard variation of her Solar Shower (Double foot stomp). Talia lands on the mat and rolls along and hits the ropes. IZM catches her in the face with savate kick on the rebound. Talia hits the mat but quickly got to her feet into IZM’s arms who delivered a swift kick to the gut. After several brutal forearms to the back, IZM slams Talia to the mat with a double underhook powerbomb! She goes for a pin, but Talia kicked out at two. IZM takes a moment to collect herself. This allowed for Talia to get to her feet using the ropes. Areano grabs her opponent for a knee, but IZM counters with a back body drop. Talia landed on the apron and hits a forearm strike. She grabs IZM and runs along the apron to slam her face into a turnbuckle. IZM situates herself to sitting on the turnbuckle and prepares for a Tornado DDT. IZM pushes her out m mid-spin. Talia lands on her feet and quickly grabs IZM from behind and flips off the ropes for her Slice of Heaven - (Sliced Bread 2)!
Maki Fujioka: Slice of- wait! IZM used the momentum to swing Talia onto her shoulders in the Argentine position! IMMORTAL ROARING HAMMER! THE BURNING HAMMER CONNECTS!
Asuka Kuramochi: ONE! TWO! THREE!
DING DING DING!
(“Make My Story” by Lenny Code Fiction plays as IZM lies on her back, exhausted.)
Naori Serizawa: Your winner and 2019 Tributary Shield Winner...IZM!
Maki Fujioka: Oh my god! What a finish! IZM pulled out her strongest move from out of nowhere!
Asuka Kuramochi: IZM has shown the world that her spirit is a roaring force of nature that should never be underestimated! What a tour de force performance!
(IZM gets to her feet and is handed the Tributary Shield by Miss Manami herself. A tearful IZM hugs her in response as several other wrestlers including Natsu Toyama, Tomoyo Hirate, and Rio Kurokawa walk out on stage and applaud her. IZM walks over to Talia and helped her up. Areano takes defeat in stride and shakes IZM’s hand before exiting the ring. She climbs to the nearest corner and raise the shield high into the air as the fans cheer her on.)

Natsu Toyama makes out to the ring wearing a special black attire that could be seen as a tribute to her mother’s iconic look. Over it is a pink dress as Natsu slowly takes deep breath right next to the ramp before making her way down to the ring.)
Asuka Kuramochi: What a moment this must be for Natsu Toyama! At the age of 21, this is her first JET World Championship challenge and if you think it couldn’t be any bigger, she has her mother watching at ringside.
Maki Fujioka: You have to think that the pressure has to have gotten to her but then you remember that Natsu Toyama every day and every show has to live with the pressure of being the daughter of Miss Manami. This has to be biggest moment in her career, I was there when Natsu made her debut alongside her mother in a tag match. It really feels like I’ve seen her grow so much and if she can capture the JET World Championship it might be the proudest moment of her career. But the challenge ahead of her is tough and might be the hardest one yet.
(Natsu soon enters the ring as she directed to her corner by senior referee Yuri Watanabe. Soon the music changes from “Run To The Future” to “Ashes” by Lynch. Natsu’s opponent and current JET World Champion Midori Miyamoto makes her way down to the ring wearing her signature white jacket and a pink attire. The JET World Championship is around her waist as the champion makes her way down to the ring.)
Maki Fujioka: For Natsu, this match could be considered as the final boss and here is the boss battle she has to go through. Midori Miyamoto has been a proud JET World Champion and is enters this match looking to retain her championship before heading towards RISE Grand Prix and Trifecta.
Asuka Kuramochi: Midori Miyamoto has been a champion who will accept every and any challengers, so now she has probably the toughest one in my opinion. A driven Natsu Toyama looking to capture the JET World Championship.

(DING DING DING!!)
Main Event/JET World Championship Match: Midori Miyamoto (c/v1) vs. Natsu Toyama
Both women in the center of the ring as they gladly exchange a handshake before circling the ring as we wait on who will make the first move. Midori and Natsu soon lock up in a collar-and-elbow tie up as Midori with the clear as day size advantage is able to push Natsu against the rope, Yuri Watanabe is telling Midori to perform a clean break and the JET World Champion does so but not before patting Natsu in the chest and telling her to bring it with a smirk on the face of the champion. Natsu seems to be a bit annoyed but seems to calm herself down before she heads to Midori in the center of the ring. Midori attempts another tie up but Natsu is able to duck and lands a slap across the face of Midori. The champ holds her left cheek and seems to be a little mad as Natsu now follows up with a forearm back to the left side of Midori’s face. The challenger lands a couple more before running the ropes but she is stopped in tracks by a shoot kick right to her chest by Midori Miyamoto.
Maki Fujioka: It seems that the JET World Champion is not happy about that slap and might be a little mad.
Asuka Kuramochi: Little might be underestimating Midori’s anger, Maki-san!
The JET World Champion now applies a standing side headlock and begins to ground Natsu Toyama. The camera cuts to Miss Manami who has a look of concern for her daughter’s wellbeing. Back into the ring as Natsu is trying her hardest to reach for the ropes but Midori breaks her side-headlock and shift herself to a standing headlock and puts herself in a position where she is in between Natsu and rope. Natsu is trapped as Yuri Watanabe checks on Natsu who is still going. Toyama fires forearms to the ribs of Midori Miyamoto forcing the champion to break her hold. Both champion and challenger now stand in the middle as Natsu hits Midori is a big forearm only for her opponent to respond with a knee to the guts that sends Natsu leaning against the ropes. Midori now charges at Natsu but the challenger is able to sidestep and send Midori over the ropes. Midori is now standing on the apron as Natsu rushes the ropes and hits a running dropkick! Midori is sent down to the floor as Natsu gauges the distance between herself and Midori on the floor before running to the opposite side of the ring and back! ALL OR NOTHING! NO-HANDED SPRINGBOARD SOMERSAULT PLANCHA!!
Maki Fujioka: Natsu Toyama with a big risk and it’s paid off! What a maneuver from The Final Answer reminds you a lot of something Miss Manami herself used to do!
Asuka Kuramochi: Natsu Toyama showing us what she is willing to do to win this match! Toyama now sends Midori back into the ring and goes for the cover!
Yuri Watanabe: OOOOONNNNNEEEEEE!!!! TWOOOOOO---
Midori is able to kick out as the JET World Champion stays in this match! Natsu begins to think of what to do next and begins to yell at Midori to get up! The proud JET World Champion soon gets to her feet as her much smaller challenger hits her with a forearm! Another one from the challenger but now the JET World Championship responds with a forearm shot of her own! Midori with another forearm as now both champion and challenger are going at it, throwing forearms at one another with neither willing to give up an inch! Natsu now grabs Midori’s head and lands a massive headbutt before running the ropes! Midori lands a huge roundhouse kick to Natsu as she was rebounding the ropes! The JET World Champion now pulls in her challenger and lands a Phantom Night! The Small Package Driver by Midori lands as she floats over to a cover! BUT IT’S NOT ENOUGH AS NATSU KICKS OUT AT TWO! Midori immediately gets Natsu to a seated position before running the ropes herself! Miyamoto is able to land a massive sliding knee on Natsu as she goes into the cover!
Yuri Watanabe: ONEEEEEE!!!! TWOOOOOOOO!!!! THREEE----
Maki Fujioka: A massive kick out by Natsu Toyama! I was certain that she was out cold from the Small Package Driver and maybe even that sliding knee strike! The challenger stays in this match as Midori might need to think of something else to put down Natsu Toyama!
Midori Miyamoto seems to remain focused as she gets begins to yell at Natsu to get back up to her feet. The challenger is slowly but surely getting up, struggling to her feet. Once up to her feet, Midori takes aim as she lands a big time left handed slaps followed by a right handed one! Midori goes for the last palm strike but Natsu is able to duck and land big spinning back kick! Midori doubles over in pain as Natsu now jumps and is able to get herself over Midori in a Sunset Flip position! Natsu lands a massive Tokyo Sunset! The leg trapped Sunset Flip Powerbomb lands as Natsu is able to cover the JET World Champion! But the Tokyo Sunset isn’t enough for Natsu to win! Natsu rather than being too focused on what to do next seems to already have a plan as she quickly gets Midori up and turns her around her before hooking Midori’s arm! FINAL ANSWER SUPLEX!!! THE DOUBLE HAMMERLOCK GERMAN SUPLEX LANDS AS NATSU GOES FOR THE COVER!
Yuri Watanabe: ONEEEEEE!!!! TWOOOOOO!!!! THREEEEEEEE---!!!
Asuka Kuramochi: Midori Miyamoto just kicked out of Natsu’s Final Answer Suplex! The same move that Natsu used to pinned Midori Miyamoto back at JET 25!
Natsu has a shocked look on her face! She can’t believe that Midori Miyamoto kicked out of her finishing maneuver, referee Yuri Watanabe telling her that Midori did kick out at two. The commentators are just as shocked as Natsu is at the moment. She has thrown all she can at Midori Miyamoto but still the JET World Champion remains unbeatable. Natsu thinking to herself on what she needs to do to put down Midori Miyamoto, she soon signals that she is gonna end it now and gets Midori up to her feet! Natsu sets up Midori and wow! Natsu with another slap across the face of Midori! The Hybrid Dragon seems to have been woken up from that slap as she looks right at Natsu and tells her challenger to hit her again! Natsu responds with a big forearm but seems to have not phased, another shot by the challenger but the Champion continues to not be phased! Midori Miyamoto now responds with a forearm of her own! The champion is now on the offensive as she lays into her challenger with shot after shot. Natsu swings wildly but Midori ducks and gets behind with a Waistlock! Massive Release German Suplex from Midori Miyamoto! Natsu Toyama is up to her feet with a burst of energy and rushes the JET World Champion with her waistlock attempt but Midori fires a couple of Back Elbows. Natsu is forced back but she soon rushes Midori--- MIDORI FROM OUT OF NOWHERE CAUGHT NATSU WITH A SHATTERCRYST!! The Jumping Roundhouse lands as the JET World Champion collapse over her challenger! Cover by Midori!
Yuri Watanabe: ONEEEEEE!!! TWOOOOO!!! THREEEEEEE----!!!
Natsu kicked out as the commentators are in shock and speechless as no one since Midori Miyamoto has become JET World Champion has been able to kick out of the Shattercryst! Both women are down as Yuri Watanabe begins her count for a double KO, the recent exchange seems to have taken out both women. Yuri Watanabe is now to the count of 5 as both women are up to their feet, Natsu and Midori confront the other as Midori lands one more forearm shot followed up with a european uppercut! That sends Natsu staggering back but Toyama comes back up with a big boot! It misses as Midori is able to dodge it and knee Natsu in her gut forcing her to double over! Midori now has Natsu ready to go and attempts a brainbuster! She is able to pick up Natsu high in the air but the Final Answer is able to stop the brainbuster attempt. Natsu is able to slip behind! Backslide attempt from Natsu only gets a two count as Midori kicks out! Miyamoto is now on her knees after kicking out and it hit with a big roundhouse kick from Natsu Toyama! Midori is able to finisher her BURNING Combination with a massive palm strike! (“Ashes” by Lynch soon plays as an exhausted Midori soon drops the bridge and slowly has her arm raised by Yuri Watanabe.)
Naomi Serizawa: Ladies and Gentlemen! YOUR WINNER AND STILL JET WORLD CHAMPION!!!! MIYAMOTO MIDORI!!!!
Asuka Kuramochi: Everything and I truly mean EVERYTHING was thrown by these two women in attempts to leave tonight as the JET World Champion. Natsu Toyama gave it her 100% but it wasn’t enough to dethrone Midori Miyamoto.
(We cut to a shot of Miss Manami on her feet applauding the two competitors with a proud look on her face.)
Maki Fujioka: That is a woman who is proud of the match that took place right at this moment and even if her own daughter wasn’t able to come away with a win, it seemed like that she will still be proud of how Natsu competed.
(Natsu is being helped to her feet by the ringside young girls as Midori is already up to her feet. The two competitors soon shake hands as the crowd applauding both women. Natsu soon leaves the ring and is met by her mother who embraces her with a hug. We cut back to the ring as Midori is raising her championship high in the air.)
Maki Fujioka: Well we know the JET World Champion going into Trifecta and I hope that Natalie Cage and Kayla Winters were watching because this is the competition they will face at Trifecta.
Asuka Kuramochi: Not just the two other World Champions but everyone that ends up in the same block with Midori Miyamoto in the RISE Grand Prix has to prepare for a warrior of a competitor.
Maki Fujioka: You’re right but that will do it for tonight! Thank you for everyone tuning in for Goddess Dream 2019! We will see all of you in two weeks in Pittsburgh for Trifecta! On behalf of my commentary partner Asuka Kuramochi and myself, I’m Maki Fujioka signing off!
(The final shot of the night is Midori standing tall as the crowd throw a massive amount of pink streamers as the crowd fades to black.)
