The crowd were cheering for Sora Todoh who seemed to be a lot more confident in herself after the win over KAGUYA. The crowd was electric for her but the match ended not the way they wanted as KAGUYA nailed Sora with a Vertical Spike Brainbuster to seal the match.

Toyama soon successfully throws herself over onto Mizuki with a springboard crossbody, sending herself crashing to the outside.

Yuri Watanabe: ONEEEEEEEE!!!
Natsu is able to kick out and immediately Mizuki begins to ground Natsu Toyama. She begins to apply a side headlock as The Final Answer is struggling to break free. Mizuki’s size advantage is able to help her in keeping Natsu grounded. There is a small Natsu chant as she soon is able to get to her feet, back elbows to the ribs of Mizuki as she drops the side-headlock. As she gets free, Natsu lands a forearm shot to Mizuki that sends her back, there is a grin on the face of Mizuki as she fires back with her own forearm. She begins to fire back elbows to Mizuki which allows her to escape. Mizuki is stunned as Natsu quickly climbs up the nearest corner and jumps off the middle turnbuckle for a crossbody! Once again Natsu’s size disadvantage plays a factor as Mizuki is able to catch Natsu and immediately tosses her onto a shoulder for a Lanikea! Natsu is struggling to get up to her feet and is up to her knees still groggy. Mizuki tries to charge the ropes, maybe looking for another Shinkansen but Natsu is able to stop her from running by grabbing a hold of her tights! Mizuki turns around and swings for a roundhouse kick but Toyama is able to duck it, she quickly follows up by rolling up Mizuki! Mizuki now lands a massive Lanikea (Fireman’s Carry Into A Kneeling Takeover)!! Cover by Mizuki Nakata!
Yuri Watanabe: ONEEEEEEEEE!!! TWOOOOOOOOOO!! THREEEEEEEEE!!!!
(DING DING DING!!!!)
“Rage of Dust” by Spyair plays as Mizuki rises to her knees with a look of both shock and happiness! Referee Yuri Watanabe raises her hands as the crowd cheer for her and applauds for both the two young ladies.
Naomi Serizawa: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOUR WINNER OF THIS BOUT AND THE WINNER OF THE 2019 RISE GRAND PRIX!!! NAKATAAAAAA MIZUKIIIIII!!!!!!
Asuka Kuramochi: Oh my goodness, what a finals bout! The crowd was electric here in Ota-Ward and we got to see a match of the year candidate! Mizuki now joins an amazing class that features Miss Manami and Nina Sanada as a two-time RISE GP Winners! It can’t be said that how long it’s taken Mizuki to return to the top of JET, the struggles and the transition to being the promotion’s protector.
Maki Fujioka: I’ve seen Mizuki grow as a competitor in front of my own eyes, a cocky young star to the selected “Chosen One” and this could be seen as the return of “The Ace of JET” Mizuki Nakata.
Natsu soon gets back up to her feet with the support of the young girls at ringside, Mizuki soon extends her hand for a handshake. Natsu gladly shakes her hand before being pulled in for a hug by Mizuki. There is a moment now of Mizuki raising Natsu’s high up in the air before Toyama bows and leaves the ring.
Maki Fujioka: It can’t be said, how much this tournament meant for her. Natsu wanted to win this tournament so badly and get another shot at the JET World Championship. That won’t be happening for her but expect Natsu to rebound in someway.
Mizuki soon is joined in the ring by JET GM Yoko Kudo and President Hanako Nakamoto, both of whom shake hands with the GP Winner. They present her with a check followed by the RISE Grand Prix Trophy and Title Match Contract. Both women soon take their leave as Mizuki is standing in the ring alone with all of Ota-Ward Gym on her side, cheering her on. She is soon handed a microphone by Naomi Serizawa.
Mizuki Nakata: OTAAAAA-WAAAAARD!!!! I can proudly say that I’ve stolen the show once again!!
There is a huge pop from the audience as Mizuki looks around the venue with a smile.
Mizuki Nakata: Saying that things haven’t gone my way would be an understatement! Sure I was able to beat Nina Sanada in her last match but ever since there, nothing has truly gone my way. Hell, I was doubting my ability to win again but here I stand with a win that could be considered as the start of the Mizuki Nakata comeback story! I’ll still be JET’s protector from anything that tries to harm my home but I also want to be JET World Champion! There is a certain someone who is currently holding the belt and she knows who she is. I want to face her at Cinderella Story, so even though I will need to defend my contract against whoever wants this, she needs to make sure that she doesn’t lose her title any time soon! I won’t take much of everyone’s time, so thank you so much for being here tonight! I hope everyone has a great night!!
Mizuki toses the microphone aside as she soon picks up both her contract and trophy high in the air! The final of the show is Mizuki holding up both objects while she is on the middle turnbuckle raising them for the crowd.
