2021 Winner: Momoko Honda
- Defeated Ai Moe in the finals to win the tournament. Momoko's win makes her the youngest GP winner at the age of 21 and 2 months.

2006: Hanako Nakamoto
- Defeated Spider Kagura in the finals. The inaugural RISE Grand Prix was knockout tournament under the name of the RISE Cup.
2007: Nina Sanada (1)
- Defeated Melissa Flash in the finals. In the history of the RISE Cup, Nina was the first and only defending JET World Champion to win the belt.
2008: Miss Manami
- Defeated Hanako Nakamoto in the finals. This would be the last RISE Cup tournament as the tournament changed to the current Round Robin format the following year.
2009: Miho Yamazaki
- Defeated Bison Yokoyama in the finals to win both the first RISE Grand Prix and the JET World Championship.
2010: Nina Sanada (2)
- Defeated Akane Satomura in the finals. Sanada became the first woman to win the tournament twice.
2011: Spider Kagura
- Defeated Lady AKIRA in the finals.
2012: Katrina
- Defeated Bison Yokoyama in the finals. Katrina became the first wrestler to win the tournament who wasn't trained at the old NEO Joshi Japan dojo or JET Dojo.
2013: Bison Yokoyama
- Defeated Miss Manami in the finals.
2014: Mizuko Nishiyama
- Defeated Azumi Goto in the finals.
2015: Azumi Goto
- Defeated Miss Manami in the finals. At the time, Azumi was the youngest winner of the tournament at the age of 23. Previously the record was held by Nina Sanada when she won the tournament for the first time.
2016: Yuki Takigawa
- Defeated Bison Yokoyama in the finals.
2017: Mizuki Nakata (1)
- Defeated Mei Nakahara in the finals. At the time, Mizuki was the youngest GP winner at the age of 21 and 10 months
2018: Kimiko Hayabusa
- Defeated Mitra Marvel in the finals. This GP is the first ever tournament where the winner was given a guaranteed title match at an event as Hayabusa wanted to use her opportunity for Cinderella Story 2019 and in return was forced to defend the contract.
2019: Mizuki Nakata (2)
- Defeated Natsu Toyama in the finals.
2020: Midori Miyamoto
- Defeated Mizuki Nakata in the finals.
