Tag Team Match
Revy & Evelyn Bennett vs Olga Petrov & Carla Luna
Revy & Evelyn Bennett vs Olga Petrov & Carla Luna
This match got off to an interesting start after Revy and Olga decided to be the first legal women in the ring. Revy tried to stay clear of Olga’s personal space but found herself trapped in a corner, punished by a series of Muay Thai knees. The Brilliant Brawler did everything in her power to fight her way out of the corner and make a tag to Evelyn Bennett who matched a brawn with her opponent’s. Petrov retreated and tagged in Luna who caught her opponent off guard with several running clotheslines. From there on the match was a back and forth bout with several broken pins. The tension began to grow so thick between the two teams that a brawl with all four women spilled out in the middle of the ring. As if she was waiting for this very moment, Revy stunned her two opponents with The Recoil for the victory.
Winner: Revy
Post Match
After shaking hands with Eve, she proceeded to give her a Recoil from out of nowhere, stating that their temporary alliance was over.
Segment
The camera opens to outside the LAW locker room where several girls from the Hollywood Fight Club are talking among themselves. Anna Clark emerges from the locker room and shoulder checks several girls as she walks in between them. When the girls ask Clark what’s her issue, she simply states that as of late, LAW has been littered with talentless “newbies”. Emerging from the group is Brina Lee, who wants a rematch against Clark in order to prove herself. When Clark goes on about how she doesn’t give losers second chances, Brina stands in her way, and accuses Clark of being a coward. Anna reacts with a slap across the face and both women have to be separated by security as Brina tries to reach out for her. Anna yells that they’ll have their rematch anytime, anywhere.
Tag Team Match - Number One Contender's for the Lethal Tag Team Championship
The Sakaraba Sisters vs RAVE, Inc.
w/ Celes Dumont & Io Ishimori on commentary
From the moment the bell rang, this was a very competitive bout. Rina Sakaraba and Kiki Kumiko started things off, with Rina employing a wealth of experience over her opponent. Rina seemed to have the technical edge over Kiki which forced the HFC graduate to utilize her strength to overpower her opponent in order to get the advantage. Yuki managed to separate herself with a DDT and then tagged in Rina who forced Kiki to tag in her own partner. Cassidy jumped into the ring and kept her opponent at bay with kicks and forearm strikes. Eventually, the fight spilled out into the ring which involved all four team members. While Yuki had her focus on Kiki, Cassidy managed to avoid an apron dive from Rina, which caused her to land on her head. Io remarked on Rina’s foolish move, saying that this was going to cost her team the match. Celes agreed as Cassidy rolled Rina into the ring and hit the V for Vega (Reverse Roundhouse Kick) to secure the victory.
Winners: RAVE, Inc.
Post-Match
Celes Dumont and Io Ishimori both walked over to ringside to congratulate the number one contenders. Celes then took the mic and said they will announce to the world when they plan on cashing in their title opportunity at Sin City. RAVE, Inc. watched the Lethal 500 winners walk up the ramp with their theme playing in the background.
Interview
A pre-recorded interview between Maria Cuesta and Nina Sanada was shown. When Sanada was asked about her reasons for coming out of retirement, she simply stated that she was “retired in Japan” and felt she had more to offer in the west. She always wanted a career in America that could measure up to her success in Mexico and Japan. When she was asked why she chose LAW and not a bigger promotion, Nina replied that “LAW was JET’s sister” and was a natural jumping-off point into American women’s wrestling. She also wanted to be the first woman in history to have held the Lethal Angel and JET World Championships. This was her ultimate goal before retiring for good. She explained how she reached out to madam Vega and within a week a contract was signed. When asked if there were any other promotions she wanted to compete in, Nina stated it wasn’t about the promotions, but who was there and the worth of its major title. LAW was one of the fastest rising women’s promotions in the country and she wanted to be apart of its rebooted history. She stated that her family’s style of lucharesu was represented in places like JET, OWA, EWC, and WWH thanks to the likes of Azumi Goto and Stephanie Matsuda, but there were no ‘masters’ of the style in LAW. She remarked how Matsuda’s students Dynamic Duo had a long way to go, but they would be a more solid team under her tutelage. Maria brought up how Nina was the War room Dojo’s headteacher last year and Nina remarked that it was a favor towards Matsuda, but a difference in opinion caused them to go their separate ways. For now, Nina was only concerned about establishing her presence as a competitor. For her, this scramble match was a chance to do just that. Maria thanked Nina for the interview just before it ended, fading to black.
Singles Match
Jessica Rose vs Tori de Vil
Segment
After a commercial, we go back to Melissa Flash and Kat Ricci who discuss the updated card for LAW’s Sin City event. The Lethal Specialist and Lethal Tag Team Championship Matches will be ‘Dealer’s Choice’ in which the champion gets to decide the match type the night of the event. In addition to the mentioned title matches, the Knight Dynasty would face off against Jessica Rose and a partner of her choosing. And lastly, Anna Clark will face Brina Lee in a rematch. Melissa Flash announced that the sponsor for the show will be Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding, and the theme will be Bring Me the Horizon’s “Ludens”. Kat Ricci also reminded the audience to tune in to the Sin City pre-show, and that the show will be at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Paradise, NV on Sunday, December 8th.
Tag Team Match
Kayla Winters & Roni de Vil vs April Song & Sweet Roxy
Special Guest Referee - Nina Sanada
Kayla Winters & Roni de Vil vs April Song & Sweet Roxy
Special Guest Referee - Nina Sanada
Due to the growing animosity between Kayla and Roxy, Roni and April started things off in this match. It was a back and forth clinic, with April utilizing her catch wrestling experience and Roni getting over with guts and brawling. After a brief stalemate, they decided to tag their partners. As Kayla and Roxy slowly entered the ring, the noise from the crowd began to rise. Both women locked up with one another, with Kayla easily overpowering Roxy. The pink vixen found herself being thrown halfway across the ring by her hair. When she got to her feet, Kayla tried to go for a Special K (Spear) but Roxy dove out the way and Winters went flying to the outside, where the match continued. Instead of counting, referee Nina Sanada sat back and let the women go at it. When everyone got closer together, Roni attempted to roll Roxy back into the ring. Kayla stopped her and demanded for her to back away. When Roni refused, Kayla pushed her and the two began fighting each other. Confused, April found herself caught in the middle of the scuffle and demanded and started fighting back. Tired of the shenanigans, Nina Sanada herself flew over the ropes, performing a placha on all four competitors. Before any of them realized what was going on, Nina laid them all out with Sanada Drivers. The last shot of the show was Nina grabbing the Lethal Angel Championship and raising it in the air while standing on top of the table.
