Phantom Queen. kimikohayabusa Interviewer: This tournament has so much history behind it, so many women have come before you have tried hard to win the RISE Grand Prix. How much would it mean for you to win this tournament and have that guaranteed title shot for the JET World Championship?

Contrary to her previous press conference appearances, Kimiko is dressed professionally in a pink form-fitting dress. Her makeup is minimal, applied only to simply frame her face. She's all grace and dignity as she leans forward to speak. "Since the perky little gaijin seems to want to keep her mouth shut, I may as well say my piece. My answer should be obvious: winning the RISE Grand Prix would mean the absolute world to me. I am well aware of the rich history surrounding this tournament and all of the women who have fought just as hard as I did. And now my name will be forever etched into this history. When I beat Rachael Frost, it almost felt like I was in a dream. Like I would wake up and be back in my parent's home in Kyoto. But this is no dream, this is reality. I will be competing in the finals at Kobe World Hall! This kind of moment is one I fantasized about as a child before I ever realized how great I could become. I always dreamed big when I was younger but I never felt true joy until I flew for the first time in a gymnastics class. From then on the air became my home. I became the falcon. That must have been why I was never completely satisfied doing gymnastics; falcons always need to fly higher. I became a joshi in order to reach my true potential. I reached the pinnacle of Fire and Ice Joshi but it still wasn't enough. I won't be totally satisfied until I reach the top of JET and become champion. Like I said before, I'm winning this entire damn tournament. But let me make one thing perfectly clear: I'm not winning for any of you. I'm winning for me. I am my own hero, I'm not here for you to project your hopes onto. That's why you love this little white girl, isn't it? Because you're too afraid to actually push yourselves to achieve, you live vicariously through your precious Mitra Marvel. She shakes your hands, hugs your kids, and reminds you to 'believe in yourself!' Isn't that sweet? Too bad sweetness doesn't equal talent. She wasn't able to defeat Ai Moe of all people and I took care of her easily. She couldn't beat Nina Sanada, the JET World Champion. If Mitra does somehow manage to defeat me, how is she going to be able to obtain the championship? She won't. I will, after Mitra feels my talons on Saturday. She will be yet another victim of the Falcon's Flight and I'll be one step closer to becoming the champion that JET both needs and deserves."
