JET 5: Shinjuku FACE, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
“Lydia” by Highly Suspect plays as Nina Sanada walks out to the ring with the JET World Championship around her waist.
Hanako Nakamoto: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another episode of Joshi Extreme Takeover. We're having a great day in Sakura Blooming last Saturday and we have quite a result and title changes. That includes this particular title.
Maki Fujioka: Absolutely right. Nina Sanada reclaiming her JET Championship and making her fifth reign with this title after defeating BIANCA in a rather brutal action. After that match, BIANCA injured her neck and will be out of action.
Hanako Nakamoto: We wish her for a speedy recovery but right now, the current champion has something to say. Let's see what she has in mind.
Nina climbs into the ring and takes a microphone after her theme died out.
Nina Sanada: I told you...I told each and everyone one of you that I was going to walk out of Sakura Blooming as your 5-time JET World Champion. It doesn’t matter how many people believed in me - I did this all on my own!
The crowd responded with a mixed reaction, but most likely a boo.
Nina Sanada: With the Rise Grand Prix on its way, I shall await the woman who thinks she has what it takes to dethrone the Face of Joshi Extreme Takeover. To be honest, I wish to meet a certain War Queen in the ring and prove to her which one of us is truly undisputed. Until then, I dare each and every woman backstage to come for me. I’ll be waiting…
“Lydia” by Highly Suspect plays as Nina Sanada climbs out of the ring and calmly walks out but "Shivers" by Brian Lovechild hits as Nina's face seems unhappy to see someone is interrupting her spotlight. We see the returning Rachael Frost enters the arena and walk past the champion, just winking at her. Nina looks pissed off as she just rushes backstage while Rachael does the taunt.

Singles Match: Rachael Frost vs. Jae-un
Jae-un is showing her dominance by giving Rachael some series of attacks, immobilizing her and taking control of the match. Rachael trying to dodge but Jae-un just keep continues to give Rachael a spinning back fist. Rachael is down as Jae-un attempting to pin but Rachael is still able to kick out at two. While Jae-un keeps controlling the pace of the match, Rachael stealing the momentum by countering one of Jae-un's stiff attacks with an attempt of Coldsnap (Kimura Lock) but Jae-un keeps resisting from that lock and eventually able to escape before it locked in. Too bad after she's rolling, Rachael is already standing and ready to hits a Chill in the Air (Jumping Superkick). Jae-un is out, as Rachael is going for her finisher, Aurora Beam (Elevated Sitout Facebuster) and pins Jae-un to victory.
(Winner - Rachael Frost)
Hanako Nakamoto: What a back and forth action. Jae-un looks completely dominating the match but in the end, the veteran Rachael Frost outsmart her and take the victory.
Maki Fujioka: That completes the Snow Princess' JET return but we are definitely not seeing what the South Korean native is capable of yet and this will be an interesting one.
Rachel is celebrating in the ring as the scene goes to the prerecorded one. The camera looks at the door written "Influencer.inc - Talent Relation Management" then it transitions inside where we see Haruna Sakazaki talks to a man in his mid 40s.
Haruna Sakazaki: Thank you for coming, Mister..... Akira?
Akira: Yes, Zakkii-san.
Haruna Sakazaki: Okay. So... Let's just straight to the point. The reason whthatl you here is because there's something I need to talk about Miss Ai Moe. You see, she's really showing her significant improvement in her wrestling skills and I really amazed with all the progress she's been going right now. Unfortunately, her monthly AV schedule and her weekly fan meet segment seem to block her full potential so I just talk to her and we finally make one decision. Akira-san.... I want you to arrange her retirement AV work next month.
Akira looks at Haruna, seems can't believe what she just said.
Akira: Eeh? What did you say? Retirement? No, she's on top of her AV career now and her sales are still going up high. If she's retired, then where will she get her future income.
Haruna Sakazaki: What? Of all the reason in the world to object to this decision, you decided to keep talking about money? Money is THAT important to you, huh? I am pretty sure Ai is not even thinking about the income she's getting.... I am afraid that all you just said is not about her profit. It's about yours! Do you keep pushing her to do this work for your income, huh? Do you even care about her wrestling career? Do you see how excited she is when she's doing a wrestling training with me? Do you see her happy face when she's fighting in that ring and win something?
Haruna waits for Akira to answer but soon after he opens her mouth, Haruna interrupts.
Haruna Sakazaki: No, you don't see it because it's not profitable for you. You only care about merch sales and money, nothing else! If you care about Ai, let her do something that she wants and she's happy about. You are AV manager, you have lots of potential talents to make an income out of them. Ai wants to be a wrestler, a future champion, someone with pride and honor with her own strength!
There's some silence between them until Akira decides to talk
Akira: F-fine then... I'll talk to Ai and the production house about that. Consider the retirement work for her is in progress now. But, Zakkii-san...
Akira pulls out his wallet and gives Haruna his name card.
Akira: ….I want you to please do me a favor.
Haruna looks surprised to see him offering his name card, she looks at the name card, and look at him and look at the card again.
Haruna Sakazaki: Did you just.... offering me to be an adult actress?
Akira: eeh, no no no..... it's not like that.... I mean, you have a Talent Management company.... just in case... you know... one of your clients wants to be.... you know.... but hey, I am not refusing if you...
Haruna just forcibly takes the name card off Akira's hands and just stand, pointing her finger to the door.
Haruna Sakazaki: Gimme that! Now get out of my office...
Akira: You want.... to be an AV act--
Haruna interrupts again.
Haruna Sakazaki: ….GET OUT!!
With that, Akira just hurries to get up from his seat and walk out of the door, leaving Haruna inside the office. Haruna then looks at the card and just leave a shrug as the scene fades out.

Then we see the vignette of someone in the silhouette as this person is looking up to the full moon.
"熱き血潮のやわ肌よ…"
(Hot blood in such frail body)
"明日はもうない"
(There will be no tomorrow for you!)
We see this person pulling out the sword and swing it to the side with a full moon only the source of light. Then we see "MOONLIGHT FLASH, RETURNING TO JET NEXT WEEK" written at the landscape of the night sky.
Maki Fujioka: Another JET Alumni is making her return next week! We'll see the returning of Moonlight Flash, Yuki Takigawa on the next episode of JET
The scene returns back to the ring and we're getting the first card of the RISE tournament first match.
Semi-Main/Rise Together League First Round Match: Momoko Honda, Mitra Marvel and Kimiko Hayabusa vs. Candice Blair, Virginia Atwood, and Vanessa Santiago.
The first match since claiming the JET Academy title, Candice Blair, and her allies were up against a fan favorite team of Momoko Honda, Mitra Marvel and Kimiko Hayabusa. Before the match, there was a brief staredown between Mitra Marvel and Candice. The last time these two faced one another, it was the week before Sakura Blooming and Candice was the one who won. The two show off their talents by facing off against one another. The match starts in amazing fashion with great technical wrestling by Mitra and Candice, the two exchange holds until Mitra is able to get the advantage for her team. Kimiko tags in and continues to push toward her team’s favor but that momentum is stopped by Virginia Atwood (with some help from her stablemates). The match continues with the blondes keeping Kimiko away from her teammates, this goes on until Kimiko is able to roll up a legal Vanessa Santiago and only get a close fall. Kimiko is able to get Momoko Honda into the match! Momoko like a house on fire begins to swing the match towards her team’s favor with low kicks to Vanessa, once she get La Dictadora on her knees, Momoko goes for Tsunami Strike (Shining Wizard) but Santiago dodges it and shows Momoko how it’s done by hitting her own Shining Wizard she calls Guantanamera. This is soon followed by her stablemates dealing with Mitra and Kimiko while she locks Momoko in The Takeover (Omoplata). Momoko tries to fight hard but she can’t handle the pain and taps out.
(Winners: Candice Blair, Virginia Atwood, and Vanessa Santiago)
Hanako Nakamoto: Like it or not, they are backing up their cockiness with such tremendous teamwork.
‘Run That’ by Snow Tha Product plays as you see Vanessa arrogantly shoving Momoko out of her ring while her teammates check up on her. The Blonde Trio moves on and will face the winner of Team Mizuki and Team Tomoyo in a semifinals bout at the finals night in Korakuen. The cameras cut to backstage as Midori Miyamoto is seated on a bench. She’s dressed in her ring gear already, minus her jacket, which is resting beside her. Midori’s hands are in her lap. Her eyes are fixated on the floor. She soon begins speaking in Japanese.
Midori Miyamoto: Sakura Blooming was a disappointment, if I’m being honest…
It takes her a moment before she continues.
Midori Miyamoto: I’ve received a bunch of calls and texts over the past couple of weeks. Their individual wording has been different, but they all have the same type of sentiment. “You fought well out there.” “You showed a lot of heart out there.” “Don’t be discouraged; it was just an unlucky break.”
Midori shakes her head. Said disappointment is etched on her face.
Midori Miyamoto: I appreciate those kind words, I really do. However, they don’t lessen the blow. They don’t mitigate the fact that three woman told us that they were better than us, and then proceeded to kick our asses.
She shakes her head again as she thinks about what she wants to say next.
Midori Miyamoto: I know I’m not a veteran in this sport. And I know the customs surrounding professional wrestling are a bit different here in Japan than they are in America. Even still, I want to say this. I worked my ass off the past three years to make it to this point. I put my heart into this sport. Whether it was rushing to the gym after my college classes, setting up the ring and working the merchandise table on monthly shows, or actually wrestling a match, I put my heart and soul into trying to become something great in professional wrestling. You don’t have to like me. You don’t have to respect me. But you should at least understand me...
Midori Miyamoto: You should understand the fact that no matter what, you aren’t going to stop me from achieving my goals. You can conjure up all the slanderous lies about me that you want. You can jump me after matches with three women or with ten women. I’m still going to rise—each and every time. And I’m not going to let anyone disrespect me.
She holds her head up for the first time. The camera focuses in on her eyes. The passion in them? It’s almost unreal.
Midori Miyamoto: I’m going to make it to the top of Joshi Extreme Takeover, even if it kills me. And I’m going to make it to the top of this sport.
She cracks her knuckles as thinks about what she wants to say next.
Midori Miyamoto: But right now, I don’t have the luxury of dwelling on the past. The RISE Together Tournament begins tonight, and I’m not going to bring my shit to my partners’ doorsteps. I need to stay focused. I will be focused on getting that win once the bell rings.
With that, camera begins to fade out.

Main Event/Rise Together League First Round Match: Mizuki Nakata, Midori Miyamoto, and Ai Moe vs. Tomoyo Hirate, Akiho Hirate and Rika Fukushige
Tonight’s main event features two different teams. Mizuki Nakata was teaming with two young girls in Midori and Ai while fellow Class of 2016 graduate, Tomoyo Hirate brought some friends from Platinum Joshi in the form of her own sister, Akiho Hirate and tag partner, Rika Fukushige. The match begins with Mizuki and Tomoyo, the two proteges of Azumi Goto prove how good they are at wrestling by entering an early game of chain wrestling. Tomoyo is able to slow down the pace with her submission abilities. The submission specialist is getting Mizuki trapped in a Fujiwara Armbar as The Chosen one is an absolute pain. Mizuki is able to fight out of it and gets a bit of revenge as she hits Tomoyo with a German Suplex. Both women now make a tag as it’s Ai and Akiho, the two women go into a strike fest as you can see Ai Moe fighting as much as she can meanwhile Akiho is having an easy time dealing with these strikes and fires back with her own. This brings Ai down and swings the match to the favor of Team Tomoyo. We get to see the talents of Tomoyo’s partners with Akiho’s striking and Rika’s grappling strength as the trio beat down Ai Moe while her team cheers on to make a tag. Ai is able to get back to her feet and hit a running Rika with a dropkick! This gives Ai the chance to tag her teammates and she does as Midori is in and at the same time. Midori immediately starts blasting Rika with Forearms at a very rapid pace, she gets behind Rika and hits her with a German Suplex. Akiho is back in the ring only to eat a German as well. Mizuki enters the ring to deal with Akiho and hit her with Lanikea! Midori is alone in the ring with Rika as she goes BURNING, the first slap and second one followed a right palm strike. This brings Rika down as Midori follows up with a waist lock, looking for another German Suplex but Rika fires a back elbow. It seems to not have hurt Midori as she pushes Rika into her team’s corner. Mizuki tags herself in and Midori hits Rika with a Catalyst Shift (Chaos Theory Suplex). Mizuki climbs the rope and follows Midori’s suplex with an HYPERION (Diving Double Knee Drop) which closes the deal on this match.
(Winners: Mizuki Nakata, Midori Miyamoto and Ai Moe)
Maki Fujioka: This unlikely alliance surprises us with a victory over Tomoyo's team.
Hanako Nakamoto: Tomoyo looks really pissed off right now.
‘Rage of Dust’ plays as Midori, Mizuki, and Ai celebrate their big win. The unlikely trio is moving on to the semifinals to face off against the trio of Candice, Vanessa, and Virginia. Speaking of that trio, they make their way out to the ramp of Shinjuku Face as we get a staredown to close out JET 5.
